2011 Sale Bulls will include sons of Sires

Zanzibar Z18 - Tremendous  frame, growth, bone muscle and eye appeal. We sold him at our 2006 sale for $22,000 to Carnege. They used him over a nucleus stud santa herd to produce large numbers of first cross bulls to use over first cross females. They were extremely impressed with the progeny and what they were able to achieve with the bull. They had used him so much that after a few seasons offered to sell him back to us and we have used him ourself with great results. He has bred so consistently well, producing a line of large framed, long bodied, very sound and incredibly quiet placid cattle.

 

Sitz 458N -  Is a 1407 son that actually has some muscle, constitution and frame size. He offers growth as well as carcase merit and we have used him as a heifer bull at Clunie Range for a couple of seasons and have been really happy with the progeny. There is only a very limited amount of semen in Australia. We sold 7 sons at our 2010 sale and we have used him through our AI program again in 2009 and again in 2010. Clunie range is lucky  enough to have a good bank of semen still available. We have selectively used 458N as a heifer bull that adds muscle and growth and he has a great balance of performance figures across the board.

 

KCF Bennett Performer - He adds growth, scrotal and a massive EMA . He is one of those bulls that has just really clicked in the clunie range herd. We have selectively mated him and the progeny have been hard to fault.

 

 

 

 

 

BT Equator 395M – A large framed powerful Equator 2928 son that actually has a more moderate birthweight. Offers an outcross to the 036 and precision bloodlines. His progeny in Australia have been excelling with a son selling at the 2009 Millah Murrah sale for $23,000. We have been really impressed with the progeny at Clunie Range and we think a mating of this bull with Sitz 458N females will be a great result. He is large framed, long bodied and very sound.

 

 

Hyline Right Time 338 - Delivers powerful growth and performance as well as high quality replacement females. This highly proven bull is a multi trait leader for growth, fertility, and carcase. Progeny are long, deep bodied and heavily muscled and his performance figures are excellent.

 

 

 

 

BT Rightime 24J - This bull has clicked pretty well in the Clunie Range herd. Nicknamed the “cowmaker” we have a number of excellent daughters. He has produced very deep bodied, easy doing very sound cattle and also offers an outcross to the 036 and precision bloodlines.

 

 

 

 

Xclusive X33 - X33 is a future direction son that was one of the best bulls from his drop. Sound structured well muscled bull with high growth, EMA and IMF. X33 produced both the top priced and 2^nd top priced bulls at our 2009 sale.

 

 

 

 

Casino C147 - Out of a large framed powerful donor cow.  Casino has an excellent balance of figures including plenty of eye muscle and IMF. He is extremely easy doing and his progeny at this stage look the part.
 

 

 

 

 

Castaway C85 - We used Castaway as a yearling in the Clunie Range Stud, and he was then sold at our 2009 sale and is now working at Toobeah Qld. He is a large framed, bull that stands tall with the outlook of a sire. Great depth, softness and muscling from his Ventura dam.

 

 

 
 

Te Mania Infinity - Infinity is highly regarded as having a flawless structure, extremely quiet, great depth of body. His daughters are proving to have great udders and are breeding well. Progeny are extremely fast growing and both male and female progeny are stamped with that same outstanding phenotype.
