Sitz 458N

A 1407 son that actually had some muscle, constitution and frame size. We used him heavily in our herd as a reliable heifer bull. This is a bull that has proven his value right across the industry here and overseas. His semen is unavailable now but this will be one of that last sons sold in Australia. A great balanced set of EBV’s as well

Clunie Range Gifted G97

We were featuring this bull for our 2013 sale but injury just prior to the sale resulted in us keeping him and later using him in the stud. He has since been really impressive as a genuine stud sire. He is deep bodied and so so easy doing. He is gifted in appearance with a beautiful head and structure as well as one of the most exceptional dispositions you could find. He is a real herd improver if you are looking to add softness, do-ability or phenotype. His sons will start appearing shortly.

Clunie Range Hurricane H555

Used as a yearling we sold Hurricane as a feature lot in our 2014 sale. At sale time he was in the top 1% of the national herd for scrotal and EMA. Fantastic IMF and was also in the top 1% of the national herd for all 4 indexes. He offers enormous growth with a moderate mature weight and frame. In terms of performance this is a special bull, and his calves on the ground now look genuine herd improvers already. He has settled in well at his new home in Springsure and we are confident that he will gather more attention as we get more data on him.

Clunie Range First Class F526

Used as a yearling, we then sold him at our 2012 bull sale for $27,000 to Neville Duddy. First Class was selected by the Angus Society’s young elite sire program in 2012 and then chosen to be a link sire in a 2nd year. First Class is a deep long bodied bull with a strong topline that is breeding really well. He has tremendous growth, being a trait leader for all three growth traits. We like the fact that he has huge growth but is also super easy doing and transmits that to his progeny. As data is built up we expect him to offer a great deal to many breeders.
